TSH value cycle-related?

Hello,

Is my TSH level cycle-related? My level has always been between 1.0 and 2.3. Now I'm in my luteal phase, and my level is suddenly at 3.4. Could it be related to the elevated estrogen levels during this phase? Are such fluctuations normal? My doctor said the level is still within the normal range and that's okay. But, for example, at a level of 2.0, it becomes difficult to get pregnant.

Have you also noticed such changes during your cycle?

The value is constantly fluctuating.

But you are in the normal field.

Variations are normal, your values are still in the acceptable range. 3.4 is a bit high.

Yes, the TSH value also changes a little bit depending on the cycle. In the first half typically somewhat higher, in the second half somewhat lower. So estrogen can easily increase the TSH value.

However, it is more likely that the existing interference at TSH also affects the cycle. The natural cycle of the healthy woman affects the TSH value only slightly and in the natural fluctuation frame.
