Vomiting despite termination?

Good evening guys, to be honest, I'm scared right now and don't know how and why it's happening

So, on January 31st, I had an abortion (surgical), which of course wasn't easy for me, and today I've had a really strange day with extreme mood swings, stomach pain, nausea, etc. I ate something today and then drank something, and after drinking water, I felt even more sick. After a few minutes, I had to throw up, and when I thought, "Okay, that's it," I went to my room. After a few minutes, I had to throw up again.

Is it perhaps the side effects of the abortion? I'm really worried
