Do you have any tips on how I can drink more water? I just have a huge problem remembering to drink. I often forget completely and drink a glass of water a day. I'm trying to change that, but I don't really know how.
Also momentan verzichte ich halt darauf,ich mache aber diese Woche einen Test. Wenn der negativ ist heißt das dann ich kann Milch zu mir nehmen? Es ist noch nicht bewiesen das ich reizdarm habe,ich habe es für mich entschieden das es vielleicht so ist und Ernähre mich dementsprechend, obwohl das nichts nützt. 🥲
