Separation husband new apartment?

Hello 🙂 I don't know what to do. I live with my husband and child in a 2-room apartment. It's not easy. We argue quite often 🙁 ….he found us a 3-room apartment but I didn't want to because I know it won't work out between us. I wanted to stay in the apartment and then one day he came and said I've given notice on the apartment and I have to move out with my son by March 31st!!! Then we made up and today the bombshell dropped and then he said we have to move out today. He even got physical but where should I go???? I don't know what to do now. I can't find a new apartment so quickly where I could get help if I go to my parents. Will I get help from the state or is it better to find my own apartment quickly.

He’s got a chance. I’m sorry, but I can’t. If you don’t have enough money, you may go back to your parents for a while. I’d talk to him about it one more time. Tell him you only want the best for your son & he can’t afford it. If then you’ll have to threaten him to apply for the sole custody right. I don’t know.

To the parents, to relatives, to the women’s house…

In any case, you should make yourself quickest on home search and report to the city as a home-seeking, if necessary you need to stay in a homeless accommodation

continue to be You want to live where you want to live – next he will surely turn the money cock – thus claiming maintenance claims for you and the child

You didn’t sign the lease. If so, only he has to get out of the apartment.

there is no use for “fighting” – see BGB …

FS may not even apply the rent (as completely dependent)

FS should be better placed on a fight with the “Nochgatten”… namely for maintenance and custody…

for housing questions there is the residence office of the city / municipality, which will accommodate FS and child if necessary

It’s worth fighting. And if one discusses the problem in detail, the chances increase. It is also probably not in the interest of the landlord to send a small child into homelessness.

the commentary is right …. work with the BGB – here with the part of the rental right

who does not have a rental contract has nothing to look for in the apartment … that is sometimes so easy

the landlord does not have to give FS the apartment – even if she asks – he might already have another tenant

the real problem is that FS is completely dependent and obviously has nothing to do with this “relation”

There’s something else in my mind. The stupid comment, for example.

meaningless – FS has no rental contract – the apartment is canceled, so she has to get out…
