Travel Cancellation Check 24?

Hello everyone

I booked a package holiday with Check24.

The deposit and the remaining payment were paid by credit card.

Now I unfortunately have to cancel for health reasons.

This happens within the free cancellation option.

Now the real question:

The deposit has already been paid in full, including through repayment from the checking account to the credit card account.

Is this payment made directly to the checking account?

Maybe someone has been in the same situation and can give some information.
