It could be that the previous defective injectors have ruined the pistons by overheating. If they no longer produce a fine spray jet, but fat drops overheat the piston, the result: no compression, no more power.
So with the endoscope in and control pistons.
The intake ducts may be coked by the AGR ?
Try FabuCar, maybe someone can help you.
That would have been my first thought that he doesn’t get air right now. You could get some walnut steel….
Is there a hose jumped off again only in the turbo?
If the AGR valve already produces an error message, I would start looking for it first.
Otherwise there can be many other causes, from the fuel pump to the exhaust.
I forgot to mention AGR valve has also been renewed showed no improvement so it has now been programmed that it is no longer controlled and thus in this case also the error is lost. I also don’t think he got new injectors, and as I said after the turbochange, he actually pulled well for a short time.
Are you in a contract workshop? Doesn’t sound like that….
For me, it sounds more like “repair in the blue”….
No only Freie Meisterwerkstatt the injectors were exchanged there. AGR Valve and Turbo have been changed by themselves that is also not an art (with self-learned motor vehicle mechanics) in this case I do not know further. You can forget about 90% of all contract workshops that only exchange parts and it won’t be better and you can pay an hourly rate of 100€. I just need a mechanic if it gets more extensive. Brakes, wheel bearings, starters, light engine, turbo and electrics I usually do this myself.
OK, but here you need a specialist….. Or turn to the autodoctors.
