Help driving a van?

Hey. I bought a two-seater sofa today. Since it didn't fit in my car, the salespeople were kind enough to let us leave it in their storage and rent a van for transport.

I've never driven a van before. Can someone prepare me for certain problems? What's it like driving a van? I own a small car myself and have occasionally driven a sedan, but I've never had any problems. Is there a big difference between a small car and a van? This includes things like starting, braking, and turning.

Is the difference big between small car and transporter?

No!

This means, for example, starting, braking, bending.

If it’s the same for every car you’ve got after 500m, keep on the lateral distances that are a little bigger, otherwise a transporter moves like a small car!

Before taking over the transporter, make a safety check and document all damage (photos) and confirm!

I agree. If you can drive a car, you can also drive vans.

And I can also confirm the second section. Take a little bit more cautious than the measurements are uninhabited, but after a few hundred meters, you’ve actually got the turn out.
