Is there any way to transfer the licenses/games (product keys) from my current account to another account, if you know what I mean?

Because I have purchased a lot of paid games/licences on the 2nd account, but have forgotten the login dates (from Account No. 1), and now again knows how the password is (from Account No. 2). Now I want to transfer the license to Account No.2. I’ll probably write the support, maybe they can help me…
If you know the password of Acc 1, they won’t hurt you. I don’t even think the support can help you, but ask.
