Transfer HDD to SSD?

Hello, I wanted to know the following;

I have the following PC;

FX-8350 at 4.5GHz

MSI GTX650 TI OC

16GB 1600MHz

250GB HDD 7200RPM

Now I wanted to buy an SSD because Windows 10 Pro is always using 100% of the HDD's capacity, and the storage is always full. Can I transfer all the files from the HDD to the SSD without needing a second PC? And do I have to buy Windows again? The Windows key is already activated on the HDD, so do I have to buy it separately for the SSD?

If you can connect SSD and HDD at the same time, you don’t need a second PC to do this with various programs. If you buy a Samsung SSD, you can simply use Samsung Magician for it.

You don’t need a new key.

Can transfer all HDD files to SSD without requiring a 2nd PC

You can. Just as you can crack the jackpot at the lottery.

Well that you get the data reasonably mirrored without prior knowledge the chance is higher than the lottery jackpot but assume that it won’t work.

A new installation on the SSD, however, works in roughly 99% of all cases. And the 1% are hardware defects.
