This depends on the conditions of your savings bank and account model. For example, if you have an account with special online banking conditions, this can already be possible.

In order to be able to check this, however, you would have to specify what savings banks are doing.

There it is as I suspected: In the account model “Giro Digital” 3 Euros are actually calculated for transfers by document, by self-service terminal or by telephone banking. Online banking transfers are free of charge.

Is that for private customers?? So far I only knew these fees for business customers.
In principle, it is not prohibited, the terms and conditions must contain this and the customer must have agreed to it. Then the savings bank is allowed. I think it’s a little happy.
Probably the Sparkasse wants to push all customers into online banking, because the provision of the machines costs a lot of money.

In other banks, you don’t pay fees as a private customer if you use the banking terminals, so you might think about a change.

Okay…
Then I would seriously think about a change if you don’t want to switch to online banking.
We had once compared the fees for our company, the 3,–€ were the highest demanded by corporate customers (also a savings bank), even for corporate customers it was cheaper with many other banks.

I look at that as a nephew. Because you’re giving up your data yourself.

What would you like to ask this SK for a paper transfer?
