Training trial work + test?
Hey. I've applied for an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist.
Had an interview at a company.
This company invited me for a trial day, which runs from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., so I can get to know my colleagues and the warehouse. At the end of the day, they'll also have a feedback session with me, where I'll be asked to share my impressions of the company.
Then they want to do a short test with me on the same day, which will probably cover the basics. So, basically, in those 6.5 hours.
However, I'm afraid that I'll totally screw up this test and that they won't accept me just because of that, even if everything else is/is positive…
Do companies turn you down just because of a bad test, even though everything else, like trial work, etc., was good?
Mhhhh…. strands. As a rule, there is only the test, then the VG and then the test.
If you convince you to show interest, much. still ask after another trial day….you wouldn’t make it dependent on a test alone then.
I think those might ask what you have seen about workflows during time or what departments there are etc.
If you want to write something on a small block and above all, read the HP so you know important things.
Good luck.
