Train your memory/concentration?
I want to do something for my brain. I'm still young, but I'm probably forgetting a lot of things these days, probably because of stress. I have less concentration and attention because I'm suddenly no longer absorbing information. There's a free app where you can do these exercises.
And do you think something like that helps?

Yes, there are apps for brain training. And yes – they often bring something.
But it is much more important to find out why there is a deterioration. Stress and anxiety can do this, but it was back when the stress is less, etc.
Otherwise, certain medicines come to me, toxins such as heavy metals and drugs or alcohol. And, above all, it would be a matter of abandoning the causes.
Not the last. I don't drink and don't smoke. And don't take drugs or anything.
Learn texts/density by heart. Therefore, most actors remain mentally fit to the high age.
