Train commander doesn't want to transfer FWD?
Hi, I'm a FWDL 10-year-old. Next month I'll be taking the DZE.
I wanted to extend my FWD and find a different location.
I first went to the personnel commander, who told me to see the platoon commander first. Then I went to him, and he said it was fine; I should see the personnel commander. Then I went back to the personnel commander, and he said it would be better if I extended my contract first and then transferred. I was supposed to report to the next day at 1 p.m. to sign.
I was there. The personnel officer said the platoon commander didn't want to extend my contract. I was completely confused at first. I was supposed to talk to the platoon commander about it.
The platoon leader told me to wait until DZE and then come back in as a re-enlisted man. I wasn't too keen on that.
He said that without SGA I was of no use to him.
All I want is to extend my FWD to 18 and find a location near my apartment, where there are plenty. No matter what the use… GeZi, sanitation, logistics…
Who else can I turn to?
Your train driver doesn’t have to decide.
I don’t know what conditions do with you, but the BAPersBw in Cologne and not your train guide still decides about setting, shifting and extending the service time.
To your disciplinary superior, who is responsible, maybe? He writes his assessment and not your train guide.
