Tragschrauber mit einem Rotorblatt
Hey,
Tragschrauber (Gyrocopter) haben ja normalerweise zwei Rotorblätter. Der Rotor dient im Gegensatz beim Hubschrauber nicht zum Auftrieb, sondern stellt die Tragfläche dar. Selbst mit Ausfall des Motors kann der Tragschrauber sicher landen (Autorotation).
Was passiert aber, wenn es ein Problem mit einem Rotorblatt gibt? Wenn eines der beiden Rotorblätter abfällt, bricht o.Ä.? Ist auch dann noch eine Notlandung möglich, oder bedeutet das dann Absturz?
Warum haben Tragschrauberpiloten keinen Notfallschirm, damit sie im Notfall (Rotorstillstand/Abgerissenes Rotorblatt) mit dem Fallschirm landen können?

If one of the two rotors breaks, the resulting imbalance is so large that it will also disassemble the second rotor. Without aUftrieb, this would mean the immediate crash.
By the way, jumping off is stupid when you sit under a rotor.
If one of the two rotor blades drops, break -> uncontrollable crash… exactly as if a wing is breaking off. – I don’t know such an accident…
Each type of helicopter rotor is designed so that it only works when each part works perfectly. If a rotor blade should break out” it would probably destroy the other leaves. Parachute in a helicopter also makes very little sense as you have directly over you around beating rotors. Google mal Schleudersitz im Helikopter 😉
