TradeRebublic: How safe is my money in the BlackRock ICS Euro Liquidity Fund?

I have a Trade Republic account where I invest in ETFs and stocks. At the same time, I park some of my money to earn interest. My parked money is currently held at a partner bank and invested in the BlackRock ICS Euro Liquidity Fund.
