Touch-up pen not hardening?
Hello everyone.
I bought a touch-up pen and a clear coat to repair stone chips on my car. However, the base coat just won't set, even if I let it dry overnight. The strange thing is that I have the exact same touch-up pen in a different color from the same company, and I'm having no problem drying.
Can anyone tell me if there is anything specific I need to pay attention to or how I can dry the paint safely?
