not a good idea. Penguins are not prank animals and do not like touching. Once I was in the zoo, a child touched a penguin, the child immediately pulled very painfully into his finger. I wouldn’t swim in the zoo with dolphins either. mostly this means only stress for the animals. even if penguins live in the zoo. there are no pets.
