Totally embarrassed?

I was supposed to ask something at work, and then I totally embarrassed myself in front of my colleagues because I suddenly couldn't speak anymore. I was basically lost for words. I completely slipped up, as if I were stupid or something. I'm afraid my colleagues will think I'm weird or totally sick. How can I forget that? I'm already so shy and have something like social anxiety. What would you think if you were my colleague?

I wouldn’t think much about it, I was a young guy or girl.

And I was shy and insecure.

It certainly happened to the others, remember nothing. 😔

In our company it was always very loose.

If someone was ” speechless” in the middle of the sentence, we looked, asking, and have smiled or laughed away the shame of the other. There was no one looked wrong

Everyone laughs, that’s perfectly normal.

You can’t take that to your heart. Sooner or later, no one will remember.

Well, that can happen to everyone once!

As dramatic as you build it yourself, it is certainly not!

You’re not in kindergarten at work.
