Torische Kontaktlinsen?
Guten Tag,
ich war beim Optiker um mir Tageslinsen zu bestellen. Er hat die Augen ausgemessen und folgende Werte kamen raus:
L -3,75 -2,75 42
R -2,75 -3,0 103
Leider meinte mein Optiker, dass es keine passenden Tageslinsen mit meinen Werten gibt und hat mir Linsen folgender Stärke zum Testen mitgegeben:
L -3,5 -2,25 20
R -2,5 -2,25 100
Laut ihm ist vor allem die abweichende Achse das Problem und ich sehe tatsächlich etwas verzerrt und kann nicht richtig scharf stellen. Die niedrigere Stärke stört mich nicht, meine Brille hat auch niedrigere Werte, auch eine kürzliche Untersuchung bei einem anderem Optiker hat niedrigere Werte ergeben.
Ist die schwächere Korrektur der Hornhautverkrümmung ein Problem? Wie weit darf die Achse in welche Richtung abweichen?
Hat hier jemand Tipps, wo ich passende Linsen finde? Günstige (da ich sie nur 1-2x die Woche trage) Monatslinsen wären auch in Ordnung.
Ich würde den Sitz dann natürlich auch bei einem Optiker kontrollieren lassen.

Are the first values measured for contact lenses or for glasses?
Eyeglass thickness at minus values are increasingly stronger than for contact lenses because the distance from the eye to the contact lens is almost 0, but to the glasses between 12 and 15 mm. This naturally changes the look.
Cylinder values are also always different in contact lenses, since the tear fluid between the cornea and the lens balances the unevenness in the cornea. The optical effect of the liquid naturally also results in the axial position being different.
All this, of course, only applies if the two strengths are for CL and once for glasses.
So-called dimensionally stable lenses are available at least up to cyl. 2.5, so with 2.25 you would still be there.
To your info, the fewest eye doctors are professionals for CL, these are the opticians and the optometrists. However, some eye doctors have employed such professionals.
Of course, I can’t judge how you look in the city. I’m guessing you’re going to a local optics shop, not in some Filale.

The values were measured specifically for contact lenses, the values of the other optician before (not listed here) were for one glasses and were lower, i.e. less far in the minus (not extreme). I was wondering.
Unfortunately, my cyl is measured at -2,75 and -3,0, the lenses that the optician who also measured the values above gave me -2,25.
I was actually with a local optician, there is no branch here (Dorf), so I had hoped for a solution.
