Tooth sensitive to cold, pulling?

Hello, since yesterday I've noticed that when I eat something cold, one of my teeth reacts very sensitively to it.

This one has a filling that went all the way to the nerve.

But I recently went to the dentist for a check-up (including an x-ray) and everything was fine.

What could it be? They would have seen caries…

Is it possible that the tooth is sometimes sensitive due to the deep filling?

Moin, Vll is free of your tooth neck or microcracks in the filling that let the cold come to the tooth nerve. Make this happen at the next ZA appointment so there is a solution.
