When the sound comes from outside, it’s not a tinnitus. If the sound is perceived without a real sound source, it is tinnitus.

I can only guess: Go to the ear doctor unless you find out the sound source. In doubt, the doctor rather than the doctor.

For example, it can also be that one of your ears is high-tone hearing, and you therefore perceive very high “real” sounds only with one ear. What is true now, you need to find out either alone or with a doctor.
