My Tomos moped only runs with the choke. What can I do? I've tried many jets, and both the cylinder and intake manifold are leaking.
Does anyone have an idea?

Hi, there are tuning air wheels for the blower motor that produce a whistling noise. Are these legal? There's no performance increase.
Then check the state of the shaft sealing rings on both sides of the crankshaft. With the years, these sealing rings are sometimes murky, partly brittle and leaky.
