To the Netto Marken Discount temporary workers!?

Hey, this question is for anyone who has ever worked or still works at Netto Marken-Discount. Only the temporary employees, of course. How much did you get paid back then, and what were your weekly hours?

I’m currently working as a remedy for net. I don’t know if you’re already working and you’re dissatisfied with your merit or you’re considering applying.

hourly wages are €12.41 or always the statutory minimum wage. My branch is open from 7-21, with which we have an early and a late shift. So each 7h, of which only 6.5 are paid. The 30’min break is unpaid, which should be clear.
You usually get surcharges in the late shift. This is why it is worth working as a remedy in the late shift.
By the way, you have 36 paid vacation days a year. How well the day is paid depends on the previous month. If you earn 300€ in the previous month, this is a daily average of 10€. So if you have 6 vacation days in the current month, you will get 60€ holiday money.

As spending you can be the – I think I should be – 3.8% pension insurance, but you can also get rid of it. But you definitely have to tax 2% of your merit.

Now on the question what is paid out: when I started I was monthly at 250/300€. Was actually a shift a week. I’ve had overtime and overtime since I was in cash. There are 3x 6.5h layer not unusual. So since the training I have been monthly with the allowed 538€ or if a bit was pushed in the previous month, next month at 570€. In any case, I’ve been building the nearly 50h overtime for a long time and I’ve regularly released between about 1/2 weeks. As you work, stop at the branch and planning. However, it must be said that the overtimes have lasted because I like to jump in. The neighboring branch is often underoccupied, then the other branch and then medical reports. As a remedy, you should be spontaneous, but of course you can also say no.

All in all, my branch, the ML and the VL is very relaxed with the thing and also take into consideration me. In any case, I consider going up part-time because of all the overtime that cannot be paid directly.

I can only tell you from experience that at the end of the month you should photograph the table or check if all the layers have been entered correctly. I’ve been out of time for a lack of a layer or you’ve been charged. Helpers do not have a flat-rate wage but always depending on how much one has worked. You will get your first salary on the last day of the bank work in September, on 30.09. If the wage on this day is not on your account, make your ML on Tuesday. It can be that only with us the contracts disappear without trace, but know incl. I have two further aids where the first wage came too late, because the staff administration simply does not know you. It is then quickly rebooked.

But that we always go one month in advance, keeps annoying me personally, which is why I’m considering going part-time.

If you don’t have breaks, you’ll pay 8h. But then do not stop at 538€ ♂️ ♂️

If you work 8h, you will only be paid 7.5h and this will be entered in a table. In the end, what you worked until the end of the month is paid. It may be that you work 2x a week and get paid. You’ll also get supplements in the late shift.
