To get up early?

Hello, I'd like to be able to get up at 4:30 a.m. I'm just worried that I won't get enough sleep, and then it'll be like it was back then. || Back then: About a year ago, I flew to Mallorca. The flight left at 6 a.m., so we left at 10 p.m. (We had to drive about four hours, plus park the car and run over there), and then when we arrived, I hadn't slept for about 36 hours, and then I felt really bad. || Do you have any tips for falling asleep early and still feeling great? ๐Ÿ˜…

Thanks!

You don’t have to infiltrate hormones. It’s not too late.

In a way, you can train it. There are actually the owls and the larks. That is why to some extent.

Let’s get out of 7 hours of sleep. then you should just go to bed at 9:00. Because you need something to get down. And that’s regular until the body gets used to it. It can take a few weeks.

Just wonder why you want to get up so soon. or do you have to? If you just want to look better if you can sleep best.

Why “dry”? If you go to sleep accordingly early, you’ll wake up tippi toppi recovered. It’s a matter of pampering and your biorhythm fits within a few days.
