Hello, I'd like to be able to get up at 4:30 a.m. I'm just worried that I won't get enough sleep, and then it'll be like it was back then. || Back then: About a year ago, I flew to Mallorca. The flight left at 6 a.m., so we left at 10 p.m. (We had to drive about four hours, plus park the car and run over there), and then when we arrived, I hadn't slept for about 36 hours, and then I felt really bad. || Do you have any tips for falling asleep early and still feeling great? ๐
