Tittstufe (Leim-Holz) stabil genug?
Hallo zusammen, ich habe eine insgesamt 140 cm breite, 30 cm tiefe und und 25 cm hohe Trittstufe gebaut. Sie soll als Zugang zu einer leicht höhenversetzten Balkontür dienen.
Das gesamte Teil besteht aus Leimholz. Die eigentliche Trittplatte ist 28 mm dick, die beiden Querversteifungen bestehen aus 18 mm Leimholz und sind 100 mm hoch und. Die beiden Füße bestehen aus mehreren, miteinander verleimten Schichten Leimholz und haben eine Breite / Stärke von insgesamt 64 mm. Der Zwischenraum zwischen beiden Füßen misst 103 cm. Das Trittbrett steht links und rechts jeweils 12 cm über.
Alle Holz-Teile (Leimholz Buche) sind miteinander verleimt und zusätzlich mit Pocketholes und 4 x 30 mm Holz-Schrauben gesichert. Das ganze Teil wird noch mit Winkelblechen an der dahinterliegenden Wand verschraubt werden, damit es nicht kippeln kann.
Frage: Ich habe leider keine Ahnung, wie man bei sowas die Anforderungen berechnet. Ich habe das Teil einfach nach Gutdünken gebaut. Ich habe mich eben mal draufgestellt und trotz meiner 84 kg hat sich da absolut nichts bewegt. Denkt Ihr, das sollte auf Dauer stabil genug sein, oder sollte ich noch was verbessern? Ich würde morgen eigentlich gerne mit dem Lackieren beginnen.

First time, very nice work.
I strongly assume it will hold. However, I would have a small proposal for improvement to try to build up some cross-strings.
From ‘Schenkel’ to the treadboard, a cross-connection would be extremely efficient and would make the whole piece stiffer and thus safer for a long time.i
De material thickness is completely sufficient.
Will the step stand outside or sing? If the first one is to protect them with outdoor paints or impregnations.
Here’s a picture of my little stool I built at school. So that you get a feeling for this, the lightweight components, with enough stiffness, can also be extremely stable.
In the stool, the transverse struts are decisive for the legs not just folding away like a card deck.

Puh, I honestly don’t know exactly what you mean. Can you describe it more precisely?
Ps.: The part comes on the inside. It is therefore only normally painted with acrylic lacquer. I just wanted to grow it or oil it, but then I realized that maybe it’s not that good if you’re wearing moisture. For example, when it rained outside.
