Tips for heel problems?

Hello, I've had problems with my right heel for about a week now… it hurts when I step and today at work I could hardly put my foot down and had to limp and lead from my desk.

I've already been to my doctor, and he said I have a heel spur. I've been given crutches and some ointment. I'm also advised to avoid boots, etc., and they recommended UGG boots.

Does anyone have any tips to help reduce the pain?

And how can I make it easier to use crutches?

The doctor also said that it would be best for me to go without shoes for the time being and avoid walking as much as possible.

Do you think I really just go to work barefoot, like with just a sock or something?

Mmh, I’d say that there should be as little pressure on it as possible and probably as much air as possible. So no shoes. How far do you get to work?

You were with the doctor. Was that an orthopaedic, maybe specialized in feet? He might know more than a family doctor.

Gentleness is first of all the most important, but painkillers can also be attached, as they also have anti-inflammatory effects.

Before you do any exercises that, for example, recommends Liebscher-Bracht (where the man does not even have a medical training), do not necessarily consult with a specialist. I know too many cases of people who have suffered severe damage without professional control by false exercises. Before a treatment you always need a precise diagnosis and therefore medical questions in a forum full of lay people are so tricky.

There are shoes that are open at the back. I would, however, also work in socks if that was my health.

There are also so heel pads that better distribute the pressure. Look at the drugstore.

They’re in the sanity house, not in the drugstore.

I had no support. Can’t imagine what this is supposed to help me….except now in acute pain.

ointment doesn’t use anything in a heel spore. In the worst case, it is necessary to operate.

I got ultrasound treatments at that time and a special heel pad for the shoe….with a hole in the place of the heel spore.

At some point it was over and I never had any problems with it again.

Yeah, that’s sauweh…. I can confirm. I had no help at the time, but still I had to stop pain. 2 or 3 times my then orthopedic even injected Scandicain into the heel.

With me, the pain and the naughty growth disappeared through the homeopathic agent Hekla Lava D6, which is considered a secret tip.

With early use of the homeopathic agent Hekla lava you can relieve the pain without side effects. The agent is extracted from the ashes of the Icelandic volcano Hekla.’ Source

I also found this advice very good: put the forefoot on a stairway, leave the heel freely hanging and press it down for a while, so that the back tendons are stretched. He comes from the book ‘Good walk – a lifetime. Training instead of operating‘ by Chr. Larsen, the founder of ‘Spiraldynamics’.

Both helped. From Hekla lava you should dissolve more often 2 tablets in your mouth, as long as it hurts. Put it down! Here’s the means.

I still do not think of passive measures that do not remedy the cause.

Good improvement!
