Tipps zum zunehmen?
Hey, also ich bin ziemlich dünn (aber auch klein) für mein Alter.
Manche fragen mich auch schon ob ich magersüchtig bin, obwohl ich eigendlich eher viel esse.
Ich würde eben gerne mehr zunehmen, aber es geht einfach nicht…
Habt ihr Tipps?
Vielleicht irgendwelche Lebensmittel (außer Ei und Weizen bitte, weil das vertrag ich nicht) , die einen gesund mehr zunehmen lassen (oder auch welche zum wachsen, wo wir grad dabei sind;) )?
Ich trainire auch, um Muskeln aufzubauen und so gesund zuzunehmen, allerdings jetzt nicht soooo oft…

Healthy fats: nuts, seeds, avocados, olive oil, salmon
Proteins: eggs, meat, fish, quark, legumes
Carbohydrates: whole grain products, potatoes, rice, oat flakes
Dairy products: cheese, yogurt, whole milk
Also, 5-6 small meals than 2-3 big a day.
Avoid junk food: It can lead to unhealthy fat build-up. Put on healthy calories, not just sugar and fast food.
Muscle building is also very important. I wish you great success
And remember, it can take a little while to get you, slow down.
PS: What is your age, size and weight?
I am 15 years old, 1.55 tall and weigh 38 kilos (approx.)

I also had a BMI of 15 and when you write “Yes there you are forced to be wise” – people, that’s bullshit! I was with the pediatrician and he said to keep an eye on it and as long as you are good and healthy, then the weight comes with time. So don’t worry.

I mean, if you can calculate your reason and work turnover and then you can increase from the result of the kcal 200 kcal additionally daily.
