Ich hab 5 reife Bananen und kriege mit Sicherheit nicht alle weg. Ich esse sie jetzt ab und zu mit meinem Porridge oder aufm Brot aber wollte mal in die Runde fragen, ob ihr irgenwelche guten Ideen oder Rezepte habt.

Loading...Ich würde gerne etwas fett verlieren, mein Proplem ist nur das ich unter ständigen heißHunger Attacken leide- ;-; Dauernd will ich schokolade oder allgemein Unfassbar ungesundes zeug. Was kann ich tun dagegen? (Wärend meiner Periode ist es besonders schlimm)

Hallo, wir suchen ein Öl. Der heißt auf türkisch Ayi Yagi. Übersetzt heißt es Bärenöl. Aber so ein Öl gibt es auf deutsch nicht. Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass es anders heißt. Kennt sich jemand damit aus??? Brauche unbedingt dieses Öl
Hi, ich habe Esskastanien gemacht kann aber keines davon genießen weil die innenhaut sich nicht abziehen lässt wie kann ich dem entgegenwirken wie muss man die Kastanien zubereiten? Ins Kalte Wasser einlegen und Backoffen funktioniert nicht.

It’s really good as a pancake. Either make normal pancake dough and then chocolate cream and banana on it because the finished baked or you matske the banana with a fork small and put you directly in the dough as a z.b eiersatz. Going both without problems
Try to conjure muffins from it, so you can also mix the ingredients with a snow broom. Is definitely a bit exhausting but should work:)
