Loud alarm clock, for example with an alarm siren app.

Put your smartphone away from bed that you have to stand up to find out.

Time to go to bed so you sleep around 8 hours. (Sleep time is not a sleep time!)

That sounds probably a little bit more than a bit more than a bit, but it really helps me when I go to bed earlier this evening because I’m not so tired in the morning.

So go to bed now would be too late for me. 😉

Put the alarm far from the pelvis and make extra noisy or don’t go to the toilet in the evening so you need to help in the morning always.
