Tips to quit smoking?
Hello, I've been thinking about quitting smoking for a while now, as I've been smoking quite a lot lately. I've already tried a few things, such as cutting down or going cold turkey and not smoking at all. That worked for a whole day until I finally had the urge to smoke because I was getting worked up. 😅 And since I'm a hypochondriac anyway and immediately think of the worst at the slightest symptom, I want to quit smoking completely. Does anyone have any good tips for quitting smoking without using any "I want to quit smoking" help sites?

My husband and I stopped with hypnosis years ago and were immediately smoke-free, without cravings or withdrawal. But respect, even here there is money making or really sensible methods
moin… yes, the stupid LAster.. also goes well into the money.. I am also smoke-free.. since 20 JAhren .. MIR had helped smell at vanilladeo or parfume when the thug after torment was too big.. I have torned cigars and everything wasted.. All my favorite clothes washed because the smells of jelly, couch, closets. Known asked if they absolutely need to smoke a few meters away from me to decide. — the first three months were hell.. but every time I wanted a zigarette to me ****, I packed 1 DM (today euro) into a flare. the more money I put in and saw how full the bottle was I held through. after a couple of years when I got sick, I thought…. now it’s nix more and I start again — but I’ve already been nasty by the smell (Gott-Sei-Dank) , you’ll get it.. to talk to the doc about rechargeable battery…. You just have to keep up. The first weeks are the hardest, but after that it becomes easier. Even after years, the “reason” comes again and again to smoke, according to the motto “oh now smoke, that would be nice”, but at the beginning it is most difficult.
Maybe a smoking pampering app helps you, you see your progress as long as you don’t smoke, how many cigarettes you didn’t smoke, how much money you saved and most importantly what you did for your health.
You really need to want it from your head, otherwise it doesn’t work. Smoking is just a addiction and your brain wants to have nicotine again. Even the situation where you always smoke is very hard at first, because your brain requires the tip.

So, the following is not scientifically or otherwise as proven, but my best friend had 2 strong little magnets at a certain pressure point at the ohr range and the reduced probably demand…
whether this really works or it was just a kind of plazebo effect, I can’t say.
