Here are some tips for an interview:

Get familiar with the company: Learn about the company where you apply and check whether your skills and experiences fit the company.

Prepare for typical questions: Most German employers ask similar questions as “Why do you want to work for us?” and “What are your strengths and weaknesses?” Prepare for this by practicing your answers in advance.

Dress appropriately: It is important to dress appropriately for an interview in Germany. Wear formal clothes and make sure that you look clean and well maintained.

Be punctual: In Germany punctuality is very important. So be on time for the meeting date and plan enough time to take into account any delays in public transport.

Show your German knowledge: If you are not native speakers, you should make sure that you are able to communicate well in German. Practice your language skills in advance and show that you are able to communicate in German.

Be self-confident, but polite: a courtesy and respectful way of dealing is expected in Germany. Be confident and present yourself confident, but stay polite and respectful.

Ask questions: Show interest in the company and ask questions during the conversation. This shows that you are interested in the job and the company and gives you the opportunity to learn more about the company and the position.

Thank you at the end of the conversation: thank you politely for the time you have taken to conduct the conversation with you and again show your interest in the place and the company.

Hey, hello and congratulations on the invitation.

Maybe have the following tips for you:

  • Please be punctual, that’s really important. Better be there 15 minutes before than 3 minutes too late.
  • Dress up something nice, best not holes and a bit more pretty, but not overdressed
  • Explore the bakery if possible. Like many branches, when was the bakery founded and how many people work there.
  • Then maybe they’ll ask, why did you ask yourself? So your motivation.
  • You’ll discuss your resume and determine what you want and how your expectations are.
  • Important is the last question: Do you have any questions to us? Here you can score and have at least three good questions. For example, you can ask questions about working hours, where is the vocational school, like many other trainees there, where I will be employed if there are several branches. Then ask ÜBL: So whether over-company training or training is planned.

Well, hope could help you a little bit. Good luck, you think you’re doing it. Greetings
