Tips to get out of bed more easily in the morning?

I find it difficult to get up. I assume I've gotten enough sleep, but I still find it hard to leave my bed. Are there other factors at play? Maybe my room needs to be nice and warm so I don't miss the warmth under my covers?

So I had the problem earlier and started putting my alarm clock 20 minutes before I had to get up.

That gave me time to wake up and at some point I didn’t need it anymore.

When one imagines day-lightly sun weather, a kind of warmth arises. You have to call the state to consciousness for about 1min, then the body reacts on it and removes the sleep hormone.

Make yourself a little poor and legs move instead of cuddling deeper into the ceiling. It stimulates the cycle. And then the first exercise will fall in if it hasn’t come back to you when you wake up.

When you fall asleep, you can try out the opposite and keep the I-will-not-waking-and-more-sleep feeling until you get really tired and asleep.

Put the alarm on the other side of the room, always works with me.

So if I don’t have any stress in the morning. At rest breakfasts with music, what to read, cozy shower etc.

I have to get up a bit earlier, but it’s easier for me because I know I don’t have to throw myself off.

The question is why you’re getting out of bed badly. You’re still too tired, or you don’t want the day.

If you’re too tired, just put the alarm clock a bit earlier. Sometimes it helps to be awakened from another sleep phase.
