No way with ink killer. The fabric then blows out and you won’t get it out.

Sorry did not read the rain jacket in case of course illogical

Try to remove the stain with stains.

WASCHBARE TEXTILIEN: 1st stain with stained flax liquid well moistened. 2. 10–15 min. (for persistent stains longer). completely tapping stain with dry cloth. 3. Wash textile as usual. NON-WASCHBARE TEXTILIEN: 1st place for stain removal with moist cloth completely fill. Removes stains from crayon, water color, text marker, wax malcreide, pencil, flipchart and whiteboard pencil, finger color, adhesive (solvent*free), gel pencil, (wood) glue (solvent*free) and (street paint) chalk. Not suitable for carpets, upholstered furniture & leather • No black ink.
