Tille withdrawal?

I'm 16 and take non-prescribed Tille pretty regularly, about one and a half tablets (200mg) every two to four days. So far I don't have any physical addiction, but I keep thinking that it would be great to take it now, for example to increase my productivity. I've never taken it before school or after 5 p.m. (because I can't sleep then), but I've made a firm resolution not to take anything during my period, and I'm back on it again. This time, however, my jaw is even more clenched than usual and for the last hour I've been worried that I've really become addicted, even though I don't usually get physically addicted to things like that.

Of course I wouldn't take anything in the morning, but if I've become physically dependent I'm extremely afraid of withdrawal symptoms.

I had that experience with XANS six months ago, and luckily the nausea, chills, and stomach pain only lasted one day. After that, I never took XANS again. It was similar with weed. I smoked weed every day for a year and a half and eventually realized I couldn't sleep without it. So I didn't take anything for a week during the holidays and sometimes didn't sleep the entire night.
So I'm really scared that something like this will happen again when I'm at school because no one can pick me up and I can't talk to anyone about it. And what if it lasts several weeks?

Try it without.

If you physically notice something and it gets too bad, take half of it again to 100mg and see if it is to be stopped again.

If so, then slowly add down.

I don’t think it’s going to go without withdrawal, but panic is also wrong.

You’ll have to stop this way or so, and you’ll be able to dispense it if it gets too bad.

If your described amount of use is actually used only every 2 – 4 days, you don’t need to worry about ‘weekly withdrawal’.

Nevertheless, there is a risk that your fear of unwanted side effects (such as withdrawal symptoms) will become so strong that you take the Tillidin out of a avoidance, so that you get a downward spiral that leads to more frequent consumption and higher dosages.

Turn to a drug consultancy in residential areas. They have a duty to remain silent and can develop strategies together with you, how you can master your fear and, if necessary, get a more oral approach to Tillidin.

Otherwise, on GF some “drug consulting professionals” with digital connection are cheating; However, they all seem to hold on to fixed office and free time and are therefore not constantly available.

even though I’m not being physically addicted to that.

And then you write this with xanax….

Congratulations, you’re already addicted. Turn to a search help.

I’d just do it if you don’t make it alone. I also mastered a psychic alcohol addiction and a cratomy independently without a search counselling. But it was only purely psychologically dependent on both substances. You don’t have to go to the consultancy office immediately because of every addiction, except you don’t notice it alone.
