Hello, the day before yesterday I took around 600mg of Tilidine, 200mg every 2-3 hours, but at some point it stopped working. I read that the naloxone in Tilidine is to blame, so I took a break, then yesterday I took 100mg and it didn't work, then after 2 hours I took another 100mg and it didn't work, so I took another break and today I took 100mg again and it's not having any effect. Why is that?

You’ve overdosed it and the “genic” for the effect could still be in your bloodstream, as it’s not broken down so quickly. The question is more why you’re taking so high dosed tilidine to you.
Best go to the doctor who prescribed it to you and talk to him that you may get another painkiller if you need it for severe pain.
Tilidin doesn’t make any sense with you.
Go to your doctor to write you another opiate.
Tilidin no longer helped me.
Oxycodon would be an option.
