Tilidine as a combination of active ingredients, effect?

Hello:) A friend of mine has been prescribed Tilidine. However, it's the combination of active ingredients that you can get with a statutory health insurance prescription, not a narcotic prescription. However, I have the feeling he's taking too much of it. Is it as addictive as taking Tilidine on its own, in drops, for example? Or is it a "high"?

You probably mean a retarded preparation.

The active substance is released in a delayed manner and it is difficult to get high from it.

Physically, however, one gets dependent on it, of course, if one takes it regularly and long enough.

It is also possible to circumvent the residual action (e.g. oxycodone, morphine, valoron) by completely cutting the tablets.

Or capsules, for example, open the contents into the mouth.

This is only possible with mechanical retardation. There is also chemical retardation and there is nothing. In addition, there are good and less good types of mechanical retardation. In Oxycodon, the preparation Oxygesic is best suited when it comes to freeing. This has only one kind of wax shell. Otherwise, a mortar is recommended instead of chewing.

You’re probably Tilidin + Naloxon. The Naloxon is not active during oral consumption, thus preventing the opioid action of the tilidine. Only if one would consume the intravenous or nasal would the Naloxon become active and block the tilidine effect. Therefore, in oral consumption, tilidine+Naloxon has the same, high potential for abuse as pure tilidine.
