This applies only to some delayed preparations. These can have a coating which is intended to retard the release of active compound. So a drug works longer. By chewing, this coating would be destroyed, the drug would be released. The active ingredient is then released at once. It looks more intense but less long.

No, you can’t say that the effect is “cracker”. Perhaps you will learn about the meaning of “retardation”.
Tilidin is the lowest level of the ladder with the various other opiate stages for young consumers still in the experimental stage.

Tilidine is a painkiller and does not need a “crace” effect. Drug abuse is just something for primitive fools – and you’re probably not one of them!
