I recently noticed that my compliments in the comments of TikTok livestreams are almost always not published because they apparently violate the guidelines.
Why are comments like "you have such a calm demeanor," "you are so pretty," or "I love your hairstyle" against the guidelines?

Probably because the spam filter shows the suspicion that the messages are from a bot.
