I desperately need tickets for the Travis Scott concert in Hamburg. I found someone on the classifieds who would sell me some. He seems pretty trustworthy, too. I'm still afraid of getting ripped off. So what can I ask him to be 100% sure he really has the tickets? And if I buy them, what's the most secure way to pay with PayPal?

When my cockatiel listens to jazz, he's very relaxed and feels the vibe. I make sure to keep it that way because many other genres use extremely explosive bass, which I often associate with a heartbeat. This might bother the bird or raise their blood pressure, but that's just my guess.
