Hello, I bought tickets through Eventim and accidentally ordered tickets through the Eventim Pass, so I only have them in the Eventim app. However, I didn't realize this until too late. The tickets are a gift, so my question is, is there a way to still get the tickets by mail or somehow get an overview so I can print them out?

No, usually the Eventim Pass tickets are offered exclusively as these online tickets. There won’t be any Har Dickets here…before concert you can transfer the cards….this is about 1 week before the concert starts….because it’s a gift, you can simply print the order confirmation and explain the situation…
You can print the tickets even if you are enabled. You just come in with your smartphone…

I hope you haven’t done that yet. The ticket will then be transferred to your Eventim account via your email address. For this, you need the Eventim app..please don’t leave you behind. This is associated with a lot of risks
