I bought concert tickets and forgot to buy the collector card. I really wanted one so I could get something from the concert (it's a mobile ticket), and now I wanted to ask if there's any way I can get one without buying another ticket.

No, I don’t think I can. The Collector tickets are also definitely tied to your place in this case, even if it is issued only after the concert.
