Ticketmaster payment not possible?

Hello.

I've been trying to get tickets for a concert via Ticketmaster presale for a few hours now. I'm using a credit card as the payment option (my only option).

Every time I get to the point where I'm about to complete the payment, I get a message saying that the payment failed due to a technical error (see image).

But I've now realized that this is only the case for me and other people were able to buy the tickets without any problems.

I've tried it with different devices, but it's the same every time.

I would be very happy if someone could help me and maybe have an idea how I could solve the problem.
