Share that your daughter is under 18, and you do not agree to the purchase. They can’t do anything anymore!

has not been on order

Then, regardless of other circumstances, no purchase has been made. On what grounds does the seller demand money?

It is minor

No purchase has been made.

we do not want the tickets

That would be no reason for the invalidity of a purchase contract.

What should I do???

Even with only one question mark: communicate with the seller.

If she has not pressed on order, they are only in the shopping cart. And what’s in the shopping cart you don’t have to pay. Or do you have the tickets?

Even then, they would not have to be paid because they have not yet been bought, apart from the minority.

You’re writing. If you want to be polite, share with them that they are minor and you do not agree with the contract, so it is not bad, subject is done.
