Ticket refund?
Hello everyone, I have a question about ticket refunds. I went to a festival over the weekend and bought tickets. When I arrived at the festival and handed in the tickets to get in, I was immediately sent back. They said the event had been canceled. And now, of course, I want my money back because I didn't get anything I was promised when I bought the ticket. I contacted support, and they said they only accept refunds for unredeemed tickets. What should I do?
Were the tickets scanned at the entrance or similar? Because if you don’t, they’re inconsistent and you’d definitely have the right to get your money back.
There were tickets where a piece was torn off to devalue them but both parts just thrown away with other words I didn’t have more than photos of the tickets I had and the bill
I’d explain the thing to them and I’d say that the performance wasn’t done. It would be ideal if you could prove somehow that you really just got to the demolition.
If you have a lawyer in the circle of friends, let him write a letter on attorney’s paper. You win a process quite sure, the question is whether it is worth the effort and investment for the lawyer.
would it be worth 140 euros?
Some lawyers offer a free first call, write to you if he is willing to listen to it for free, to make a cost estimate and to assess the chances.
