Hallo Leute,
Mein Freund hat dieses Jahr über Silvester vorgehabt mit seinen Freunden in Urlaub zu fliegen. Sie haben mit Flughansa Tickets gebucht, und die meinten jetzt, dass der Flug anscheinend storniert wurde. Sie haben glaub ich rund 260 bezahlt, und kriegen nichts, außer 60 Euro je Person.
Was können die sagen damit die das Rest kriegen. Die Leute bei Flughansa machen Probleme am Telefon. Und ich weiß nicht ob nh Email da hilft.
Die Flughansa, haben auch kein Ersatz Flug angeboten. Also kein Geld und kein Flug.
