Hello Karlsbad79!
If you write an email, but you want to add it later, you can save it in the File menu under “Save as” as draft (1). This mail is then stored in the Create folder where you can write it further (open and click on “Edit”) and ultimately send it.
If you often want to write and send mails with very similar text, you can create a template for this, i.e. a text that you just need to change easily. This mail can then secure templates under “File” – “Save as” in the Templates folder if you save them as Template (2). There you can open and edit this mail with double click. However, the template remains unchanged in the “Preparation” folder for further use.

The folder “Designs” is available for designs, i.e. emails that you have started to write but have not been sent while the folder “Preparations” is to be used for templates, i.e. for “Battery” for emails.
