Thermostat hose on Opel Astra H not replaceable?

Hi guys.

Recently, the thermostat hose for the water return on my Opel Astra H was damaged, and it was spraying coolant onto the engine. My father completely removed the part, and I bought a new one. However, I don't know how to attach this one end (see pictures). The other end is attached with a clamp, but at this point I can only hold the hose or the opening to it, but nothing is attached. Is there perhaps something missing like an "adapter"? Does anyone know anything about this and can help me? I've searched YouTube and Google for a long time, but haven't found anything.

Hello Momoali2001

It could be that this part is stuck in the removed hose

Really? Put it on and make sure that the outer ring ” snaps in”. Are you looking at a glance?!

Clean the connection and make a droplet of oil to the O ring.
