Thermistor?
Good morning,
The thermistor on our 3D printer (Fabmaker Educational Printer Smart) has burned out. What kind is it? Support said it's a 100K NTC thermistor. Is there an alternative way to test it? I have a Raspbian and a multimeter.

I've had a 400k connection since today and wanted to test it out. Unfortunately, the problem with Steam is that the entire download fluctuates between 30mb/s and 0mb/s. Usually, it lasts about 5 minutes at 0mb/s, then 10 seconds at around 15mb/s, and rarely higher. I've also tried it with battle.net, for example, and everything…
My cat recently chewed on my beloved LED strip, so it sometimes flickers, sometimes not. The damage is clear: the copper(?) track is damaged. Is it a fire hazard because the connection is so loose, or does it not matter because it's low voltage? I think I heard somewhere that loose connections are dangerous, so…
A halogen spotlight with a power of P = 500W is operated via an extension cable with a mains voltage of U = 230. At the end of the supply cable, the measured voltage is 3% lower (voltage drop). a) Explain the reasons for the voltage drop on the line. b) Sketch the circuit described….
Does anyone know of a good documentary or film on the subject of mathematics or physics?
So, we have a physics and art project in which the task is to create an electrified room. Now we're slowly approaching the deadline, and in physics, we have to submit a circuit diagram and a short text about the concept of the room alongside our room. I'm using the demo of the program "Edraw…
Hey, I have a good friend. We were chatting on Discord. Suddenly, we received a message from him on Steam with a message: This account has been flagged by Steam Support for violations of the Terms of Service Agreement. Trading, buying and selling items on the market, will be disabled in 30 minutes we have…
if he’s broken.
If the support says 100k ntc, it’ll be right. Doesn’t sound unusual.
Can they be built in both directions? A plus or Minus is not available at the printer
A resistance, whether NTC, PTC, Photo etc, is independent of polarisation.
Thank you. I’ve stripped the cable a bit and kept n multimeters to 200k, got a value of about 9-10k, is that what’s still working?
