Theoriestunden Fahrschule Verfall?
Hallo, ich hab im Juli 2021 meinen Führerschein angefangen und mir fehlen jetzt noch 2 Stunden. Da ich gelesen habe, dass die Stunden nach 2 Jahren verfallen habe ich da jetzt überhaupt noch eine Möglichkeit die Theorieprüfung zu machen? Ich werde nächste Woche dann mit der Theorie fertig sein und könnte dann auch 1x zur Prüfung antreten, sollte ich die Prüfung aber nicht im ersten Anlauf schaffen muss ich ja 14 Tage warten und dann wären die 2 Jahre überschritten.

FeV § 22 (5) states that the theoretical examination must be passed within 12 months of receipt of the test order.
Is that guaranteed?
Yes it is, I renewed the request a month ago
The completion of the training must not be more than two years ago, if you can still lack two hours of training at the driving school.
Oh, this is the conclusion? I thought the individual hours were going to fall off.
