Theory test expired?

Hey, I passed my theory test a year ago with zero points. But after that, my practical lessons were very slow, because my driving school really isn't the best… After a few lessons (since I wasn't making any progress even though I was driving well), I looked around for another driving school and couldn't find anything.

Then at the end of last year I had to continue at the old driving school and would have taken my test tomorrow (last possible date because of the one-year period) but I'm now bedridden with a bad case of flu and can't take the test or do the theory test again.

Do I have to take the full exam again or one with fewer questions since I've already passed it and will my practical progress be maintained?
